When do I receive my order?
We typically send out orders within 1-2 days if the products are readily available. However, as we try to maximise the freshness of our treats and only maintain a low stock level, sometimes the products might be made to order. In this case, please be patient and we are usually able to send out the order within 7 days. If you fail to receive an order dispatch notification after 7 days, please feel free to contact us for enquiry.

Local Delivery Methods and Charges?
Delivery cost is not included in product prices, and depends on the size and weight of the products. If you make a purchase of over $500, delivery costs will be exempted. For orders below $500, here is the estimated delivery charge for your reference﹕
